Benton Hampton
Benton Hampton, holding a B.S. Degree in Organizational Management from Oakwood University, is a multi-talented individual who excels as a curator, designer, and installer of captivating exhibits. With a background in structural engineering and architectural design, Benton’s expertise shines through in his meticulous curation of museum exhibits. He has left his mark as the structural/architectural exhibit designer and installer of the 2010 founding exhibit at the Oakwood University Clara B. Rock Museum in the Eva B. Dykes Library. Furthermore, Benton’s passion for preserving history and cultural distinctions led him to co-curate and install the remarkable 2023 founding exhibit at the Joseph W. McCoy Regional Retiree Cultural Center, as well as the Regional Conference Retirement Plan Legacy Lounge and corresponding corridors. His dedication to creating immersive and educational experiences showcases his commitment to sharing the rich heritage of Black people descended from the African diaspora.
Elaine Allston
A commitment to accuracy and excellence, a gift for organization, a knack for problem-solving, and a love for working with others make Elaine Allston an amazing assistant director! Elaine has served RCRP since 2002 and is responsible for the retirement application process from start to finish. She’s the liaison between Regional Conference Retirement Plan (RCRP); Regional Conferences; retirees, pre-retirees and their family members; and Capital Benefit Consultants (CBC) – the vendor that processes and pays retirees the retirement funds. In addition to answering all your retirement questions, Elaine ensures that the RCRP office operates smoothly, serves as Office Manager, plans our major meetings, and provides training to Regional Conference officers. Elaine has over 36 years of outstanding denominational church service. In her spare time, she loves to travel and has not met a beach she didn’t like! She has one adult daughter – Morgann Allston.

Gerson Pancorbo
Gerson Pancorbo is a native of Jaen, Spain. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in audiovisual communications from Valencia University. He has more than 20 years of experience in the communications field, which includes experience both inside and outside of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Alice Dent
Alice Dent, comes to this position with an ideal skill-set and experience background. With her educational and professional background, she is an immediate asset to the RCRP team in her administrative role as Executive Assistant to Executive Director, Dr. William Cox.
She believes in the philosophy of RCRP and it’s ministry the retirees who have spent a life of dedication and faithfulness to the church and society.
She consider that her life has been richly blessed by senior adults and their perspectives on life. The opportunity to give back and increase quality of life is fulfilling and enriching.
Dr. William T. Cox, Sr.
Dr. William T. Cox, Sr. leads and energizes the team of professionals who serve you. As Executive Director, he’s responsible for the strategic direction and long-term growth of RCRP. He works in close collaboration with the Board of Directors to identify and implement the organization’s priorities. Dr. Cox brings a passion for innovation while nurturing a culture of caring, personalized service. A seasoned leader, Dr. Cox has served the Seventh-day Adventist Church for over 40 years, including the roles of pastor, President of Allegheny West Conference, and chair of the RCRP board.

Dr. Delbert Baker
Dr. Delbert Baker has a wealth of expertise in education, administration and ministry. He brings valuable experience in denomination history and infrastructure, publications and in research and development avenues for the RCRP. Through the Association for Development, Enrichment, and Life-long Learning (ADEL), Dr. Baker explores cutting-edge avenues for serving pre-retirees and helping retirees in programing, potential building and development. He is also instrumental in establishing organizational goals, benchmarks, and measurable standards of success for RCRP. He has served the SDA Church in various leadership capacities including pastor, Message Magazine editor, Associate Director in the Ellen G. White Estate, administrator at Loma Linda University, president of Oakwood University, Vice-President of the General Conference and most recently President (Vice Chancellor) of the Adventist University of Africa in Nairobi Kenya.

Elder Yvonne Collins
Elder Yvonne Collins is God’s capable steward responsible for all aspects of RCRP’s finances including accounting, tax, treasury, audit, and analysis. With a thorough knowledge of money management and a passion to serve senior citizens, Elder Collins helps the RCRP Board of Directors and Executive Director make informed decisions vital to our success. She also oversees all human resource activities at RCRP. Because of her business expertise, humor, and gift of preaching, Elder Collins is often a featured speaker at campmeetings, conferences, and finance seminars. Prior to her work at RCRP, Elder Collins served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Lake Region Conference.

Wanda Lott
Wanda Lott has over 40 years of professional experience in various organizations. An accomplished recording artist, Wanda ministers with her beautiful singing voice and powerful, effectual prayers on behalf of retirees and the RCRP team.
